No Aloha for County Employees

How dare Mr. Mayor you patronize the very employees who have worked more years than you have even served Maui County. Instead of welcoming back your employees on a high note, you treat them like 5 year olds. Maui Times should have printed a copy of the ridiculous email that you sent out. I believe their are a few bad apples employed by the County but your conduct memo was out of place. Each department already has implemented a policy of ethics and conduct that will not be tolerated if abused. Your first agenda should be getting people back to work so that they can keep their homes, feed their families and send their children to school. To send out a Draconian message to staff is just an example of your arrogance and your ALL ABOUT ME ATTITUDE!
