1) hotels pay up on their extremely high taxes and visitors pay very high taxes too. Guess who that helps? You! You pay less because of them.
2) MVB is advertising for all things maui. It not just for hotels. its easy for your to jump for the big hotels because they are big and easy targets, but check out their website. The majority of the businesses represented are small businesses. it also gives travel tips and ideas of places to check out when you visit our island.
3) Visitors spend their money in the places you work. If they dont some how, the people that you are serving make their money from visitors.
