You know Lisa Gapero, the anti-government teabaggin' "activist?" Yeah, her husband is a Liquor Control agent, the most corrupt governmental agency on Maui. Remember the last election, when Gapero's signs went up at various stores. I remember thinking, "that's odd, why would they support her?" Then one of them told me that they didn't want to say no to her because of her husband pulling their liquor license. It's amazing how deep the corruption of the LC truly is.
