So let me get this straight...the government put every possible road block in place for a private company to run the ferry profitability and basically force them out of the business. Then once that is done and enough time has passed, the government all of a sudden wants to start the business back up. Well how convenient is the fact that the vessels were purchased by the government from a bankrupt company.
