That officer is still on the job? What's the investigation about MPD? or is it the Police Union who runs things and Chief Yabuta hands are tied to discipline officers?

Officer Nelson clearly says, "and don't film me neither"...striking Tommy while uttering the word neither. For this officer to claim he felt threatened by Tommy is a flat lie and plays to the belief that cops are taught how to testi-lie. Turning the lens of a camera towards an officer is not a threat. The video evidence is clear. What is there to investigate? What has Officer Nelson claimed happened, loved to hear his version LOL. I can image something like, "he was coming at me...we are taught as officers to...when...." That is a very important phrase, "we are taught to", that way Officer Nelson can blame his training for his actions thereby eliminating all personal responsibility. That is called, testi-lying to avoid a civil law suit.

What's the deal here MPD? You afraid of retribution from your own union? Clean em all out then, anybody on Officer Nelson's side...FIRED, period.
