C'mon guys, get your facts straight! In the print edition of this article, you have a Pastry Chef for the main kitchen at the Grand Wailea listed as chef for the Bistro Molokini. When in reality, the chef for Bistro Molokini is Chef Mike Lafaro, who is former chef for Humu's. Chef Lafaro has worked hard to gain the level of respect and notoriety he has achieved, or at the very least, enough to have the recognition acknowledged correctly. I know there isn't that much going on here to where a simple inquisition of who's who could be bypassed in place of time spent on prison nicknames.
