Air Quality Central Maui

Wanted to add that I live in Kahului and just prior to the EPA visit and meeting it had been a horribly dirty week in Central Maui--tons of dust in the air from field plowing, developments, and high winds along with smoke from burning. But on the day of the EPA visit and evening meeting we noticed that absolutely none of that was going on. The sugar mill had nothing coming out of the smokestacks and there was no major earth moving going on or smoke--a coincidence? Don't think so.
