I agree that most bartenders look at their job as an art, it is and I applaud them for their efforts. With that said it galls me to no end going out and spending my hard earned money asking for a drink like a LIIT and having it come to me loaded with ice and tasting like sour mix....no booze, for the amount of money absurdly charged the customers want to see and taste what they paid for, I don't care about the garnishes or other garbage, quantity(ice, etc) not quality seems to be the screwing of customers all around. The profit margin is huge, no need to screw the hand that feeds you! amazed |
