Aloha , learning about ho'oponopono from Hawaiian healers I am very surprised how Forgiveness Prayer works very powerfully and quickly. ' Please forgive me, I am sorry, I love you, Thank you' including quote 'Let it go free' ( everything I do not understand why or how). It is a magnificent art of healing within to without.
