Neighbor Islanders Can Now Testify From Home

Though I realize this is a pilot program under development, upon reading what details are provided on the state website, I immediately see a logistic/policy flaw here.

If one has to meet minimum web connection and computer requirements, this is not exactly a level playing field. They will need a public meeting place with a facilitator/moderator to provide equal access for those who have no computer skills nor equipment of their own. And we DO NEED input from the older members of our communities who have historical knowledge and cultural understanding the web-savvy young'uns just don't have. Tutu is going to need some help, and Tutu has a LOT of knowledge legislators can use. Perhaps, volunteers at community centers?
