more iron in your diet

5 years ago my son's was there eating with his aunty and they found a bolt in the food. Last year my husband's best friend found a bolt in his food, it came from the end of the metal tongs they use for cooking. So hey, if you want more iron in your diet or possibly broken teeth, eat at Sheik's!
