Mahalo Uncle Philip~ I will miss you!

I just found out sometime last week that "Uncle Philip" Prias had passed on. I was heart broken and very sad that such an awesome, powerful Man will no longer embrace me with his smile,catching up on what's been going in my life, wisdom and knowledge of the word when I go back to Maui for a visit. Uncle Philip had really made a difference In my life over the years. I had a fond respect for him because he was always there for me with such encouraging words when I was going through some of my own trials and tribulations 5 years ago. I couldn't imagine my life without him and I still can't. It's just a shock for me.
I last visited Uncle Philip in November 2007, I shared with him how things were going for me and he was so proud of me. He always wondered how I was doing and when I would be back for visits to Lahaina, I moved to Oahu in 2004 to get clean/sober. He was such an inspiration to me and I have always kept him close to my heart.
One of his favorite saying were "If God see fit______" God saw fit he return home to him. I believe he is an inspiration to everyone who knew him and didn't.
I know this to shall pass for me, I will move on in time!
Thank you Uncle Philip for all the wonderful memories. I will truly miss you! Until we meet again!
