In Hawaii its not only DRE its also the paper ballot counters. There were over 900 paper ballots that were not "properly marked" in the PRI that were computer corrected by OE. ASK and you shall find. Also what gets counted? Does a check mark count? Does an X count? Ask OE... Maybe YES maybe NO
