I wouldn't want an Arab to run this country either. McCain defends Obama and you want to spin the table. Jesus Christ you might not like the guy but don't be like the Republicans and turn every pebble into a rock. It's low class and insulting to the people that know better. Muslim Americans have every right as any other America, but I sitll won't vote for one. I like our Christian principles (even though I am agnostic) and while a non-radical Muslim wouldn't vary too drastically in principles, I don't want to chance it. You probably don't support Haoles on Maui's County Council and I don't support having a Muslim as a President. The lady's argument would have been valid if she wasn't so damn ignorant, and McCain's response was appropriate. He simply stated that he is not a Muslim. McCain's response would not have been appropriate if she stated that she's afraid of Obama because he is "black". Cheers to Obama for winning the Election
