Finally, now everyone can see what was so aparant all along - Wayne Nishiki is an extremely dysfunctional alcoholic, with very impaired judgment. He originally filled out the financial disclosure form on July 15th and then didn't turn it in until October 16th, making up excuses all along. He knew that the Ethics Committee didn't meet until November 12th, until after the election - so he waited until after the October meeting and then submitted it. This is all very calculated - but still not very smart. We the public now know. That he thinks he's going to get away with it is a testimony to his impaired judgment and to his experience with Maui voters of "getting away with murder." Let's not continue to be chumps.
Impeach him now!!!
