Wow, yet another example of the ridiculous ignorance of the Federal Government and its outdated system of dealing with the natural world. Grow up people. Anything can be abused if not used properly. Learn how to use the garden that we have and all of its gifts-a kitchen knife will injure if not used properly, but if you know how to use it it is a valuable tool at your disposal. These outdated modes of dealing with the world have to die out, may the youth of tomorrow be wiser than the idiots currently calling the shots.
