The minors in the Minor Stings are selected because they look like minors. They either carry no ID or they carry their valid Hawaiian ID which clearly says in red letters MINOR UNTILL such and such date. It's not hard to avoid selling to a minor, if they look young ask them for their credentials. If they don't have the proper credentials tell them to kick rocks.
