Has the LC had a bust lately that didn't involve a minor-decoy-narc? Seems that everyone that gets busted by these folks is caught selling to an under-aged LC decoy.

So is there a real problem worthy of all these rules and fines? When I was a minor I would just ask kind folks to buy beer for me at liquor stores. Only got burned a couple times, was totally worth it.
