Smoking deaths...are those lung cancer deaths you may be reffering too. Are you aware that Marijuana contain a lot of the same CAncer causing toxins that tobacco does.

Alocohol Deaths...I'm sure alochol poisoning is much more of a problem than the non-existent marijuana overdose, but what are the numbers of Marijuana based accidents. Just like Alcohol, Marijuana may inhibit reaction times and awareness, so marijuana users can have the same damaging effect as a drunk driver.
Prescription Drugs...obviously when abused prescription drugs are dangerous, but when used as directed they are useful.

Marijuana in the end can have damaging effects.
