extortion, abuse of power

Taguma is using his power to get bonuses and overtime, He has abused the system. He writes tickets for personal gain not to protect the community. I can see a class action suite coming. I know for a fact that instructors in the accademy are telling recruits that Taguma made over $100,000 dollars in bonuses for tickets written last year, and overtime. I can respect a police officer doing his or her job, But I believe that in this case the excessive number of tickets that Taguma hands out is not to protect and serve the community. I believe that it is soley for personal gain.

I do not see how this has not brought up red flags. Its as if Taguma is the only police officer doing his job. How can he be that much better than the whole MPD? I believe Taguma is abusing the system for bonuses.
