How sad.This is why America lacks in education.This is a prime example of government has got too big.If it's true, and that we all care about our children's education, then how can we allow the government to dictate to us tax-paying citizens what spending will be allocated for education? We have allowed ourselves to be blindfolded and lied to and been ok with it. America...what a joke...the joke's on us.
