So what about Recycling? Reselling of Used Goods?

Oh thats right, Environmental Laws prevent us from doing that sort of thing!! We can't recycle waste paper because nobody wants to touch it a/or bother to collect it, we have no Automotive Parts Yards because some NIMBY refuses to have such a service near them, and imagine the hoops and red tape just to even open a Used (insert item here) Shop!!

When was the last time we had a "Used Book Shop" in Central Maui (either in Kahului or Wailuku' Friends of the Library doesn't count) that wasn't too freakin' picky about their selection? A decade now IIRC.
