I mostly agree with you argument but the above statement is ridiculous. Just because something is a plant does not make it any less a drug. Pakalolo is a psychoactive substance and can be used to mitigate a long list of ailments and symptoms. It most certainly is a drug with noted medicinal properties. If we want fair treatment and classification of pakalolo then we need to be honest about what it is and is not.

That said, what I wonder is if you have as permit for medical use and cultivation what recourse do you have if the OGH goons swoop in and yank your legal crop while you are not home??
